5. Storage and Availability

• We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent storage of your videos.
• Anonymous uploads may have automatic expiry dates, while registered accounts retain files according to plan limits.
• Reezu.com is not responsible for loss of data, videos, or any business consequences of service downtime.

6. Bandwidth and Fair Use

• We may limit or restrict bandwidth usage on free or basic plans to ensure fair service to all users.
• Excessive use of system resources, including high-frequency automated downloads or abusive streaming practices, may result in suspension of service.
• Hotlinking to raw video files is prohibited. Use the provided embed codes and streaming player.

7. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account.
• Reezu.com is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect login credentials.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service without notice.
• You may stop using our services at any time by deleting your account or ceasing uploads.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Reezu.com provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our service.
